The prices of the goods will be as advertised on the Website and are subject to changes, but these changes shall not affect any order which we have already confirmed. We will try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are accurate, but we cannot rule out any accidental errors. In case we discover such an error in the price of the product(s) that you’ve already ordered, this shall be handled as described in clause

If we discover an error in the price of the products that you have already ordered we will contact and inform you of this error, but we are not obliged to provide the goods to you at the incorrect price. We will also give you the opportunity to cancel your order and you will receive a full refund if you have already paid for the products. Extended Beauty will not process the order until we have your permission to do so and we will consider the order as cancelled if we are unable to contact you using the details provided by you during the order process. Extended Beauty shall notify you in writing of any cancellations from our part.

Extended Beauty shall retain the property of the products until the customer has paid the full amount. The Customer will own the goods once full payment has been received by Extended Beauty.

All Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and confirmation of the order price. Upon placing an Order with Extended Beauty, the Customer will receive an order confirmation and subsequent update email(s). Receipt of these confirmations and emails does not mean that the Order has been accepted by Extended Beauty. An order is deemed accepted at the time that Extended Beauty dispatches the ordered products from its warehouse with the purpose of delivering the products to the address supplied by the Customer.

4.1
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by any third parties. In the event that products are not available at the time of your order, Extended Beauty will dispatch them as soon as possible.

We deliver to USA ONLY. Please review the shipping policy on the carefully before ordering goods.

Extended Beauty has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping.

Orders begin processing on Sundays and Wednesdays ONLY. (Processing takes 3-4 business days)
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
5.3
All orders, placed by 7 pm CT on Sunday, are dispatched the following Thursday and generally arrive within 2 days (Excluding Holidays). All orders, placed After 7 pm CT on Sunday (but before 7pm CT Wednesday), are processed Wednesday, dispatched the following Tuesday, and generally arrive within 2 days (Excluding Holidays).

7.1
Due to federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality extensions.
7.2
Once packages are shipped, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number. Extended Beauty will do their best to compensate and assist you as we value customer service.
7.3
Once payments are processed, no refunds will be issued.

Hair Appointment>
6.1
All orders, placed by 7 pm CT on Wednesday are available at time of appointment the following Wednesday - Saturday.
6.2
If you have not set an appointment with Breanna 'BeBe' Curtis for the following week, you MUST pick up hair order within 7 days of availability, otherwise order will be canceled.
Passing Or Risk>
8.1
Once the ordered products have been delivered to the address specified on the order, the Customer will assume risk of the products. Extended Beauty will not be held liable for undelivered parcels if the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address.
8.2
We bear no risk once the order has left the Extended Beauty warehouse . We are therefore not liable for any order being lost by third parties.
8.3
Extended Beauty has the right to refuse any refund/exchange application and the decision is at the discretion of the management of Extended Beauty. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution
