1 | Membership Eligibility
Healthy hair is built on consistency. If you’re following BeBe’s Trimmed + Treated regimen, you should be visiting at least once a month. Stay dedicated to your journey so you can be part of this year’s natural hair transformations and access exclusive membership perks
ICON Membership
To qualify for ICON status, you must maintain at least one appointment 11 out of 12 months.
VIP Membership
To qualify for VIP status, you must meet one of the following:

Maintain at least one appointment 7 out of 12 months, or

Join our $50 monthly VIP subscription to secure your membership and enjoy all VIP benefits.
2 | Membership Activation
Membership status is reviewed monthly. Once minimum requirements are met, your eligibility is confirmed, and you will be officially onboarded into ICON or VIP Membership at the start of the following membership year.
Example:
If qualifications are met anytime within 2025, your membership officially begins January 2026.

Birthday Treat
When you book an appointment during your birthday month, you’ll receive an exclusive member-only birthday savings:

This perk is valid for one service during your birthday month and is applied at checkout.
Recurring Appointments (ICON Members Only)
A recurring appointment allows you to reserve a consistent day, time, and frequency for your services. You may choose a monthly or weekly schedule based on your hair care needs.
This is a one-time setup:
Once your recurring appointment is established, your time slot is automatically reserved for you each cycle.
You’ll never need to worry about booking — simply cancel when necessary.
Priority Booking (VIP & ICON Members)
Priority Booking gives you early access to BeBe’s booking calendar before it opens to the public. This allows you to select the appointment times that work best for you.

Closes: 48 hours after opening
Example:
Priority Booking for January will open on the 1st Monday of December at 5 PM.
(And don’t worry — we’ll always send an alert when the window opens!)
Discount Services
All Loyal Members receive exclusive discounts on their main service as part of their membership benefits. These savings are automatically applied under the “Members Only” section of the booking site when selecting your service.
Please note:
Add-ons are not included in the membership discount and will be charged at their regular rate.
Referral Promo Code
As a Loyal Member, you will receive your own personal referral promo code to share with friends, family, and new clients.
Each time someone uses your code and completes a service, you’ll earn 10–15 loyalty points per referral.
Your points will accumulate automatically and can be redeemed toward services.

There is no limit to how many points you can earn — the more you share, the more you save!
Exclusive Events
Throughout the year, we will host exclusive events where members can enjoy special offers, promotions, and member-only perks. These events may include, but are not limited to:

Members will receive advance notifications for all upcoming opportunities so you never miss a moment to take advantage of exclusive savings and experiences.
Emergency Appointment Perks
ICON Members receive a $50 credit that may be used toward one emergency appointment per year.
4 | Restrictions + Changes + Termination
Recurring + Priority Appointments
All Recurring and Priority-booked appointments on a closed calendar will be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the booking window opening. You will receive a confirmation notification via email.
Members are required to make any changes or cancellations before this confirmation occurs.
Once confirmed, additions or modifications may not be accepted.
Program Rules + Rewards
We may alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, rewards, membership eligibility, or any Program feature at any time and at our sole discretion. Any updates will be posted on the A Total Beauty Thing website and communicated through our Customer Care Line.
It is your responsibility to review these terms and any correspondence periodically to stay informed of changes.
Your continued participation in the Program after updates have been made will constitute acceptance of those changes.
Membership
We reserve the right to exclude individuals from the Program.
Failure to comply with Program terms or membership inactivity for five (5) or more months may affect eligibility for continued participation.
Membership is a privilege extended to clients who maintain consistency, uphold salon policies, and remain engaged in the program
5 | Salon Etiquette + Appointment Guidelines
As a Loyal Member, you will no longer receive routine Salon Etiquette & Appointment Guideline reminders unless updates or changes are made. At this point, we know you’re a pro — and we want to reduce unnecessary notifications for a busy woman like you.

No Extra Guests
To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure appointments run smoothly, no extra guests are allowed.
This includes children and anyone not receiving a service.
Upon Arrival
Please remain in your vehicle upon arrival.
BeBe will text you—with the door code—when it is time to enter the studio.
Hair Prep Requirements
To keep appointments efficient and ensure the highest-quality results:

Natural hair must be fully detangled prior to your appointment.

Used extensions must be:

detangled
-
free of thread
-
neatly separated by inch
-
whole and in good condition (Cut bundles are not accepted.)

Failure to meet prep requirements may result in additional fees or service adjustments.
Late Policy
You have a 15-minute grace period for arrival.
After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply.
At 20 minutes past your scheduled time (at :21), your appointment will be canceled.
Please arrive on time so services can run smoothly and BeBe can remain prompt for the next client.

Cash payments—including tips—are not accepted.

Photos After Your Service
BeBe loves capturing beautiful after photos for content! Photos are optional, but if you’re open to it, feel free to come picture-ready.
A soft beat never hurts for a little razzle dazzle!
You may decline photos at any time with no issue.
